Article n°1: Price
The prices of our products are indicated in Euros and include not only all taxes, but the shipping and delivery fees too.
Article n°2: Orders
The buyer who wishes to purchase a product or buy a service must:
- Self-identify either by entering his or her ID and password which are strictly personal, or simply by mentioning all the information usually required for online registration.
- Clearly indicate the information required for the delivery. This also concerns in particular the exact address of delivery as well as any restrictions on access to the place of delivery (building, floor, digicode...).
- Indicate the desired method of delivery, then read and accept the General conditions of sales.
- Choose the desired method of payment (card, PayPal, Check or Bank Transfer).
- Confirm his or her order.
In accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code on the conclusion of online contracts, the contract will be concluded when you click on the button allowing you to confirm your order after having viewed the detail thereof and in particular the total price and the opportunity to correct any possible errors. All of the data supplied and recorded confirmation will be worth proof of the transaction. The confirmation will be subject to a signature and acceptance of the operations performed. The seller will communicate therefore by e-mail confirmation of the registered order.
Article n°3: Validation of your Order
You declare having read and accepted the present General Conditions of sales before placing your order. The validation of your order implies acceptance of all the current General Conditions of sales governing this site.
Article n°4: Delivery and Reception
Packages are prepared and shipped under 3 to 7 business days after receiving your payment.
Packages are taken care of by the post office, which stamps all your parcels according to 2 shipping methods:
- Priority letter, for small packages of less than 3 cm thick.
- Colissimo, for large parcels.
Packages may also be sent by Mondial Relay, they can be hen withdrawn at the Mondial Relay closest spot to the delivery address indicated when ordering.
In case your parcel is delivered open or damaged, Please refuse the parcel and immediately establish a report of despoilment with the post office in charge. If you accept a package clearly damaged by the Post Office, we will not be able to compensate you for any possible damage occurring during the transport without the report of despoilment.
If you have not received your order within 10 days of shipping, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can take the necessary measures with the postal services. The minute your parcel will be declared lost, only then will we send you your purchased items or fully refund you.
Article n ° 5: Secure Payment
The payment of your purchases may be settled through PayPal or through a credit card via Payplug.
PayPal and Payplug help protect your credit card information with the best systems on the market for security and fraud prevention. When you use PayPal or Payplug, your Bank Data are never given to the merchant.
Regarding the payment through Payplug,

Article n ° 6: The Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the law, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 working days from the date of the reception of your items. You can during this period of course have a full reimbursement of the sums already paid when ordering, as soon as possible and no later than 14 days starting the date on which you have exercised this very right. The Reimbursement will be settled through bank transfer, Paypal or card. The latter will be made via the same method of payment chosen by the customer during his or her ordering. We remain at your disposal for any further information.
Alternatively, you can proceed to an exchange of item(s). In order to do so, you can simply return the items concerned to us with a cost of return at your expense.
Items must be returned in good condition, complete, neither washed, damaged nor dirty.
If you notice an anomaly on the reception of your order (defective or erroneous order), please do return it to us and the exchange expenses are entirely our own responsibility. In such a case then, please feel free to contact us so that we can send you a prepaid Colissimo voucher.

Article n°7: Sales
The offers are valid on a selection of articles identified by a rate or a pictogram. Not accumulative with any other ongoing operation.
No refund or exchange of items can be made during the sales period.
